Your Body, Redefined

For individuals seeking strength, stability, and reconnection to their bodies.

Why I Started Pilates

My pilates journey began in 2022 after my second child, when my lower back pain worsened and became chronic. I tried to push through it, but nothing was actually fixing the root of the issue.

After doing many years of sole strength training, I decided to pivot to a more holistic approach and integrated reformer pilates into my daily exercise routine. I found the mix of strength and pilates training to be complimentary exercises that allowed me to build muscle while honing in on better posture, alignment and balanced body movement.

I loved doing pilates so much that I ended up getting my STOTT PILATES® instructor certification so I could help others experiencing similar issues.

I now work with clients from many different backgrounds and genders to help them optimize their bio-mechanical movements by strengthening muscles and correcting postural alignment through various pilates exercises including mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels.

Private Pilates Sessions

Build strength, restore stability, and reconnect with your body.

Trained in STOTT PILATES®, I teach with a focus on alignment, core strength, and intelligent movement. Sessions are tailored to your body and stage of life, including pre and postnatal support and post-rehabilitation, across mat and equipment-based work.

Individual Session

A highly personalized approach to how you move and feel in your body.

These one-on-one Pilates sessions are designed around you, your body, your history, and your goals.

I create a structured program based on a complimentary postural analysis and your physical wellness history.

With a focus on alignment, core strength, and intelligent movement, I guide you through work that supports pre- and post-natal transitions, recovery, and long-term strength.

Grounded in the STOTT PILATES® method, each session is precise, considered, and built to support lasting change.

Private sessions are held in a commercial studio in Sai Ying Pun which allows for creative use of the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.

  • I've been practicing pilates for years and am very picky about instructors—so when I say Tingi is incredible, I mean it. 🙌 Her technique is spot-on. She catches every little thing and corrects you in a way that actually makes sense. Beyond the moves, Tingi has this amazing energy that makes you want to show up. She keeps things fresh and interesting, so you're never bored. Classes with her are challenging but fun, and you genuinely feel the difference in your body. If you're serious about pilates, do yourself a favor and take one of her classes. You won't regret it!

    — Louisa

  • “I have been attending Tingi's reformer class since November 2024 on an average twice weekly. The class is usually very interactive. She will interact with the students to attend to our different needs and try to cater the class according to each students limitations/injury/concerns. The exercises are usually different and not so much of a routine and repetitions. As an instructor she is very dedicated and well prepared for each class she will actually set up the reformer machine and test herself before to ensure the set up is even. I really enjoy going for her classes and the only downside is the class is usually too short because time simply flies by!”
