Why work with a matrescence coach?

Motherhood is one of the biggest transition points in a woman’s life. It often changes how you see yourself, your relationships, your work, and what you prioritize. Yet many women move through this journey feeling unprepared for the internal changes that come with becoming a mother.

My coaching helps you understand matrescence, the developmental transition into motherhood, so you can make sense of what you’re experiencing so you can navigate your journey with a deeper understanding of yourself, increased confidence and agency over this period of your life.

Together, we create space to explore your changing identity, values, career, relationships, and wellbeing while building practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Using evidence-based frameworks and personalized coaching, I help you reconnect with who this version of yourself, make intentional decisions about work and family, set healthy boundaries, reduce overwhelm, and build a version of motherhood and life that feels sustainable and aligned with what matters most to you.
