Matrescence On Your Terms

Matrescence coaching for women experiencing changes in identity, career, relationships and priorities after becoming a mother.

My Approach

My approach is practical, evidence-informed, and human. I’ve designed my programs to help people move through significant life transitions with agency, clarity and confidence.

My coaching practice centres on matrescence, the process of becoming a mother and the profound physiological, psychological, sociological, and philosophical shifts it brings.

These changes reshape a woman’s identity, priorities, and capacity. I support mothers to make sense of this transition and rebuild confidence, structure, and direction in both their personal and professional lives.

I am a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC). Co-Active coaching is a whole-person approach that looks beyond the immediate challenge to how you think, decide, and lead your life. It blends structure and action with deeper exploration, helping you build clarity, self-trust, and the ability to move forward with intention.

As a certified Bringing Baby Home Educator, a research-based program developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, I also support couples in strengthening their emotional connection during the transition to parenthood.

Through this work, I support couples in strengthening communication and emotional connection during early parenthood, helping them navigate conflict more consciously and stay aligned as partners and as parents.

Signature Coaching Program

Motherhood is one of the most significant transitions a woman goes through in her life yet, most women are left to figure it out alone.

The (Re)Define: Motherhood on Your Terms coaching program is a transformative journey designed for high-performing, driven women navigating the shift into motherhood without losing themselves in the process.

This is structured, one-on-one coaching that helps you build a strong foundation by learning how to define values, create support systems, and foster aligned partnerships so you can get clear on what matters now, and rebuild how you approach your work, relationships, and daily life in a way that is sustainable for you.

This program empowers women to reconnect with themselves, evolve their relationships, and step into their most powerful, authentic selves on their own terms.

This program is for you if you:

  • Felt like a version of yourself no longer fits, but you’re not sure what comes next

  • Wanted more clarity, space, or support, but didn’t know how to ask for it

  • Questioned how to balance career ambition with motherhood without losing yourself in either

  • Felt disconnected from yourself, your partner, or your work

  • Struggled with guilt, pressure, or competing expectations from all directions

What you’ll walk away with:

  • Navigate matrescence with confidence

  • Build a strong support system

  • A strong identity and a clear internal compass

Transition to Parenthood Coaching

Transition to Parenthood Coaching supports couples as they navigate one of the biggest relational and identity shifts of their lives. Grounded in the evidence-based research of The Gottman Institute, this coaching helps partners strengthen communication, maintain emotional connection, and build intentional foundations for family life during the often overwhelming transition into parenthood.

Together, we explore the practical and emotional realities that emerge after a baby arrives, including stress, shifting roles, conflict, loneliness, intimacy changes, and the pressure of balancing individual needs with partnership and family life.

Through guided conversations and structured tools, couples learn how to navigate conflict more constructively, deepen friendship and appreciation, and create shared rituals, values, and ways of connecting that support long-term relationship resilience.

This work is designed for couples who want to move beyond simply “surviving” early parenthood and instead approach this transition with greater awareness, communication, and intention.

Group & Corporate Coaching

Group coaching is designed to bring the same level of structure and intention into a shared setting. Each session balances focused guidance with space for real, present conversations, allowing participants to work through their own challenges while learning from others navigating similar transitions. The format supports both individual reflection and collective insight, helping you stay anchored to your broader goals while making meaningful progress each session.

Group sessions are customizable for corporate clients.

Individual Coaching

I offer individual coaching in thoughtfully designed packages that balance flexibility with structure. Sessions are led by what’s most relevant to you, while staying anchored to clear goals so the work translates into meaningful, lasting change.

The focus is not just on insight, but on helping you think more clearly, act more intentionally, and follow through in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Using Co-Active Institute’s holistic, client-centered methodology that focuses on “being”(present-moment awareness) and “doing” (action and achievement), I help clients clarify what matters now, rebuild internal alignment through values and systems, and translate that clarity into practical action, enabling better decision-making, stronger boundaries, and more sustainable ways of showing up.
