Rebuilding Direction Through Motherhood and Career Transition
Krithika, a senior HR leader at one of the world’s largest global banks, came to coaching during a period of motherhood and career transition that left her questioning her direction and identity. Together, we explored her values, purpose, relationships, and internal patterns so she could move forward with greater clarity and intention.
The Challenge
Before coaching, Krithika found herself at a crossroads.Motherhood had shifted how she saw herself, while being between jobs forced her to re-evaluate what truly mattered and where she wanted to go next.
She wanted support navigating:
Identity shifts after motherhood
Uncertainty around purpose and direction
Decision-making during career transition
Self-awareness around behavioural patterns and saboteurs
Partnership dynamics and expectations
What We Worked On
Together, we focused on helping Krithika reconnect with her values and build a clearer foundation for this next chapter through:
Values and identity exploration
Life purpose work
Goal and priority setting
Recognizing saboteurs and behavioral patterns
Gottman relationship and partnership frameworks
Conversations around support systems and building a village
One of the most meaningful parts of the process for Krithika was what she described as “a big mining exercise” to identify her values and purpose from the ground up.
What Shifted
Through coaching, Krithika developed a much deeper awareness of the patterns influencing her decisions, reactions, and priorities.
Some of her biggest breakthroughs included:
Identifying her core values
Understanding the importance of building a support village
Exploring life purpose with more intention
Recognizing that many relationship challenges are not “solvable,” but navigated collaboratively over time
In her words, “Having a life purpose has been enlightening… working towards a direction has made me more conscious about how I make decisions.”

Krithika’s Feedback
“Tingi coached me to identify my values and purpose… a big mining exercise that has helped me build these from the ground up.
The most important part of coaching by Tingi is it comes from her lived experience of navigating the beauty and challenges of motherhood along with a successful career.
[She] is the person you need if you are navigating motherhood and career simultaneously.”
