Matrescence On Your Terms

Get clear on what matters, make decisions with confidence and build a version of motherhood that works for you

My Approach

My approach is practical, evidence-informed, and human. I’ve designed my programs to help people move through significant life transitions with agency, clarity and confidence.

My coaching practice centres on matrescence, the process of becoming a mother and the profound physiological, psychological, sociological, and philosophical shifts it brings.

These changes reshape a woman’s identity, priorities, and capacity. I support mothers to make sense of this transition and rebuild confidence, structure, and direction in both their personal and professional lives.

I am a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC). Co-Active coaching is a whole-person approach that looks beyond the immediate challenge to how you think, decide, and lead your life. It blends structure and action with deeper exploration, helping you build clarity, self-trust, and the ability to move forward with intention.

As a certified Bringing Baby Home Educator, a research-based program developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, I also support couples in strengthening their emotional connection during the transition to parenthood.

Through this work, I support couples in strengthening communication and emotional connection during early parenthood, helping them navigate conflict more consciously and stay aligned as partners and as parents.

Matrescence Coaching

Signature Coaching Program

Motherhood is one of the most significant transitions a woman goes through in her life yet, most women are left to figure it out alone.

The (Re)Define: Motherhood on Your Terms coaching program is a transformative journey designed for high-performing, driven women navigating the shift into motherhood without losing themselves in the process.

This is structured, one-on-one coaching that helps you build a strong foundation by learning how to define values, create support systems, and foster aligned partnerships so you can get clear on what matters now, and rebuild how you approach your work, relationships, and daily life in a way that is sustainable for you.

This program empowers women to reconnect with themselves, evolve their relationships, and step into their most powerful, authentic selves on their own terms.

This program is for you if you:

  • Felt like a version of yourself no longer fits, but you’re not sure what comes next

  • Wanted more clarity, space, or support, but didn’t know how to ask for it

  • Questioned how to balance career ambition with motherhood without losing yourself in either

  • Felt disconnected from yourself, your partner, or your work

  • Struggled with guilt, pressure, or competing expectations from all directions

What you’ll walk away with:

  • Navigate matrescence with confidence

  • Build a strong support system

  • A strong identity and a clear internal compass

Transition to Parenthood Coaching

Transition to Parenthood Coaching supports couples as they navigate one of the biggest relational and identity shifts of their lives. Grounded in the evidence-based research of The Gottman Institute, this coaching helps partners strengthen communication, maintain emotional connection, and build intentional foundations for family life during the often overwhelming transition into parenthood.

Together, we explore the practical and emotional realities that emerge after a baby arrives, including stress, shifting roles, conflict, loneliness, intimacy changes, and the pressure of balancing individual needs with partnership and family life.

Through guided conversations and structured tools, couples learn how to navigate conflict more constructively, deepen friendship and appreciation, and create shared rituals, values, and ways of connecting that support long-term relationship resilience.

This work is designed for couples who want to move beyond simply “surviving” early parenthood and instead approach this transition with greater awareness, communication, and intention.

Group & Corporate Coaching

Group coaching is designed to bring the same level of structure and intention into a shared setting. Each session balances focused guidance with space for real, present conversations, allowing participants to work through their own challenges while learning from others navigating similar transitions. The format supports both individual reflection and collective insight, helping you stay anchored to your broader goals while making meaningful progress each session.

Group sessions are customizable for corporate clients.

Individual Coaching

I offer individual coaching in thoughtfully designed packages that balance flexibility with structure. Sessions are led by what’s most relevant to you, while staying anchored to clear goals so the work translates into meaningful, lasting change.

The focus is not just on insight, but on helping you think more clearly, act more intentionally, and follow through in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Using Co-Active Institute’s holistic, client-centered methodology that focuses on “being”(present-moment awareness) and “doing” (action and achievement), I help clients clarify what matters now, rebuild internal alignment through values and systems, and translate that clarity into practical action, enabling better decision-making, stronger boundaries, and more sustainable ways of showing up.

What Clients Say

  • “From our first session, I felt instantly safe and understood. She has this incredibly calm, grounded presence that makes you feel like you can exhale. It never felt clinical or prescriptive. It felt personal, intuitive, and genuinely supportive…working with Tingi gave me a deeper sense of connection to my body and confidence in my decisions. Not because she told me what to do, but because she helped me understand myself better. If you’re stepping into motherhood for the first time, or even thinking about it, this kind of support is something I now see as essential. You might not know what you need yet, but having someone like Tingi in your corner makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for her and couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

    — Nicole Butler

  • “I have found my coaching sessions with Tingi to be incredibly valuable. Her warm, empathetic coaching style creates a safe space for honest reflection and open discussion, while her thoughtful questions have consistently challenged the way I think and how I look at situations. Throughout the process so far, she has made me feel heard, empowered, and supported. I’m truly grateful for the meaningful impact her coaching has already had on me, and I’m excited to see where the rest of our journey leads.”

    — Olivia

  • “I’d absolutely recommend [Transition to Parenthood Coaching], especially for couples who want to approach the transition into parenthood more intentionally rather than just ‘figuring it out as they go’. Tingi's Transition to Parenthood program helped us to properly think about what kind of parents and partners we wanted to be, where our gaps might be, and what tools would help us navigate such a massive life transition as a team. The Gottman-based tools and role plays gave us a shared language and foundation to work from, while also creating space for really honest conversations. I also liked that it never felt overly rigid, pedantic, or overwhelming — the sessions felt approachable, human, and easy to integrate into real life."

    — Karen

  • “I cannot recommend Tingi enough for the profound impact she has had on my life perspective. Her coaching has helped me release outdated narratives that were holding me back...This mental clarity has been invaluable in my role as a mother. With Tingi’s guidance, I’ve shifted from feeling overwhelmed by the demands of parenthood to feeling grounded and capable. She has helped me integrate my personal growth with my responsibilities at home, creating a more harmonious and fulfilling experience for both myself and my children…Tingi helped me step back and realize that while I cannot control every situation, I have absolute power over my perspective and response.”

    — Yik Kwan

  • “I would highly recommend Tingi and her (Re)Define Motherhood program to any woman navigating the transition into motherhood…Tingi's coaching style nails balance between structure and fluidity. There’s a clear framework, but the sessions are guided by what’s real and present for you. Tingi [is] warm, kind, and an incredibly attentive listener. She picks up on subtle cues and gently guides the conversation into deeper (and often unexpected) directions, drawing on a mix of somatic work, guided visualization, and grounded, honest conversation. The depth of the program also surprised me. You’re not skimming the surface -- you’re working through questions around values, purpose, and identity in a way that feels safe, honest, and thoughtful…I will always be grateful to Tingi for this.”

    — Karen

  • "Tingi's warm, positive, and genuine approach makes every session feel welcoming and productive. She adapts seamlessly to the topics and thoughts I bring up, ensuring our conversations are always relevant and insightful. The self-introspection exercises like 'Life Purpose' and 'The Leader Within' have been particularly powerful, helping me uncover my personal values and guiding me towards a suitable career path. I highly recommend her coaching services to anyone seeking clarity and direction in their life."

    — Myriam

  • “Working with Tingi has been a transformative experience. She’s guided me towards deeper self reflection by asking the kind of "tough" questions that really matter, the ones that challenge my assumptions, uncover blind spots and make me rethink my habits and values, strengths and weaknesses in different ways. What I love most is that she doesn’t just leave me with big ideas, she goes deep down and she gives me real, actionable tools to apply in my daily life, making the growth feel more tangible and achievable.”
